hehe, tak habis2 dgn target 43 tu.
and today, mission's accomplished!
lets do better next year.
okeh, wanna share something.
hmm....where do i start..
okeh, since my mom's retirement,
i haven't cook at home,
since like ntah-la-bila-ek
i only cook at my rumah sewa,
which is maybe once or twice a week
(coz we have a pro there, so we'd better leave it to the pro..hehe.. alasan tak alasan?)
then today, i was sort of owe my parents, something,
and i'd promise to cook for dinner today
so, i started my 'job' at 8 p.m.
and phew, i never thought that it would make me nervous
its been quite a while
and i seems to have forgotten where did my mom put certain things
and whether i chopped the peas too big or too small
is it salty or not, etc etc, things like that u know
so i finished cooking an hour later
phew phew phew
i'm so used to cook for small portion (note:budak2 rumah sewa tak makan banyak..hehe)
but at my home, they're different. (diorang makan bersungguh2... :P)
so i think its not a good idea to cook in small portion
i'm afraid that everything will taste like tak-cukup-rasa..
haha. i guess i'm over-reacting about this
coz i think made it through
except that when my mom went to the kitchen after i finished cooking,
she asked me, "kenapa tak guna ikan bilis ni masuk dalam sayur?"
haha. i have thought about putting it, but at that time, i don't think it suits my cooking.
so i answered, "ha'ah tak taruk, taruk benda lain, nak kena taruk ke?"
lagi mau tanya la kan
then she answered, "hmm nampaknya kamu tak terer lagi la masak sayur ni."
haish2 whatever, mom's cook is always the best ey?
i can't beat her, forever.....
but, its always worth trying, better than not trying at all right? hehe.
so always practice your cooking skills, girls! and guys too ;)
sometimes, give your mom a break.
she needs to rest. :) good luck!
glad my mom doesn't have Ramsay's attitude! :P
p/s: can lupa-taruk-ikan-bilis be a reason for not thinking about marriage right now? hehe. :P
